Overview

Viking River Cruises is known for its commitment to excellence, innovative ships, and destination-focused itineraries. They operate a fleet of modern and elegant ships called Viking Longships. These ships feature Scandinavian-inspired designs, spacious staterooms with floor-to-ceiling windows or French balconies, and a range of onboard amenities including restaurants, lounges, sun decks, and libraries. Cabin Sizes

The most common cabin sizes found in Viking's fleet are 205 sq ft.

Dining

Buffet-style breakfast and lunch, and a multi-course dinner are available at The Restaurant. The Aquavit Terrace (located at the bow of the ship) provides an alternative option with casual, al fresco dining.

Onboard Amenities

Wi-Fi, laundry (for a fee), library, board games, top deck games (putting green, shuffleboard (some ships)), in room On-Demand movies and television

Minimum Age to Sail

No children are permitted onboard. All passengers must be 18 or over to sail.

Single Supplement

Viking is the one cruise line that rarely, if ever, offers solo travelers a reduced single supplement. If you want to travel on Viking as a solo traveler expect to pay a 100% supplement.
